1 Frame Warranty: Limited to one frame replacement in the 24-month period following the date of purchase from EyeTech Optometry. Must have frame pieces and both lenses for warranty to apply. Does not cover loss or theft. Does not apply to non-prescription sunglasses, discontinued, marked down or close out frames.
2 Scratch Warranty: Limited to one lens pair replacement in the 24-month period following the date of purchase from EyeTech Optometry. Replacement lenses must be the original prescription and put in the same frame. Must return both lenses prior to warranty work. Does not cover hairline scratches which have no affect on vision. Two year scratch warranty applies only to lenses treated with Crizal, Endura or TD2 scratch resistant coating. Lenses treated with only a manufacturer’s scratch coating are warranted against scratches for one year from the date of purchase and limited to one replacement. Lenses without a scratch coating are not warranted against scratches.
3 50% off Multiple Pairs: Savings applied to least expensive eyeglass pair(s). If any pair of eyeglasses do not include a frame purchase, only a 20% savings will apply to the least expensive prescription lens pair. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts or previous purchases. Offer valid with most insurance plans.
