Proudly independent and deeply rooted in Summit County since 2002, Dr. Christena Ward’s practice grew from its humble Dillon beginnings to our modern Frisco location.
Though our advanced technology and name might lead some to mistake us for a chain, we remain 100% locally owned and dedicated to our community.

Dr. Christena Ward, O.D.
Owner and Optometrist
Denver native Dr. Christena Ward, a CU Boulder and Southern California College of Optometry graduate, started EyeTech Optometry in 2002 and enjoys ski mountaineering and mountain biking with her family.
Dr. Broecker, a Bascom Palmer-trained specialist, moved to Summit County in 2014, bringing two decades of clinical expertise to EyeTech and enjoys skiing with his family, trail running and skimo adventures.
