EyeTech Optometry takes most major vision and medical insurance plans and is an out-of-network provider for many others. If you do not see your plan listed, please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you.
Vision Insurance
Covers routine eye exams and may provide discounts or allowances towards prescription eye glasses and contact lenses.
- VSP (Vision Service Plan)
- Medicaid - If you qualify for Colorado Medicaid you are eligible for one routine eye exam per year. Colorado Medicaid covers glasses for members 20 years of age and younger. Medicaid does not cover contact lenses. All eye heath related visits (pink eye, allergies etc.) are covered by Colorado Medicaid.
